RESEARCH MANAGER
Ms. Salpa Shrestha is a dedicated professional with over a decade of experience in education and development studies. She holds an M.Phil. in Education (Development Studies) from Kathmandu University and is completing her PhD in Development Studies. Throughout her career, she has been involved in managing research projects related to education, health, and community development. Ms. Shrestha is skilled in using statistical tools such as SPSS, STATA, and Open Data Kit (ODK) for data analysis and has conducted research on a range of topics, including inclusive education, WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene), and education. Her work has been presented at international conferences, and she has published in journals focusing on inclusive education and participatory action research. Ms. Shrestha is passionate about research that brings about positive social change, particularly in education and community development. She continues to build on her expertise through ongoing research and collaboration with various organizations.
